Nuvo-9100VTC is the latest rugged in-vehicle controller from Neousys based on Intel® 13th/12th Generation Core™ processors. Leveraging cutting-edge Intel® 7 photolithography, the latest Core™ desktop processors come with up to 24 cores/32 threads, delivering an incredible compute performance boost. Combining DDR5 memory bandwidth throughput and PCIe Gen4 NVMe high-speed disk read/write, users can expect up to 1.8x overall system performance improvement compared to previous 10th or 11th Generation platforms.

The Nuvo-9100VTC provides flexibility to support a variety of peripherals and connections. It features 2.5Gb and 1Gb Ethernet ports, and four or eight 802.3at PoE+ ports to deliver 25W of power to connected devices such as IP cameras. The system also features x-coded M12 connectors and screw-locking mechanisms on computer I/Os such as Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2 Gen1, and USB 3.2 Gen2 to ensure extremely robust connectivity in shock/vibration environments. Wireless connectivity is essential for today's in-vehicle applications, and you can use two M.2 and three mini-PCIe sockets simultaneously with corresponding wireless modules for 5G/4G, WiFi, GPS, and a CAN module for communication.

In addition, the Nuvo-9100VTC features an isolated CAN bus for in-vehicle communication, isolated DIO for sensor/actuator control, 8V to 48V wide-range DC input with ignition power control, and is E-Mark certified, making it a perfect solution with exceptional reliability for a variety of in-vehicle applications.

[1] Due to the high heat generation of DDR5 memory, please configure the CPU to 35W mode and only use one memory slot when operating at 70°C.
[2] A wide-temperature HDD or Solid State Disk (SSD) is required for sub-zero operating temperature.
[3] The maximum operating temperature for the CPU operating in 65W mode should be limited to 50°C, and thermal throttling may occur under continuous full loading. Users can configure the CPU power in the BIOS to allow for a higher operating temperature.
