Intel Atom® E3950 Fanless Rolling Stock Computer with EN50155
Main Feature
Based on the Intel® Core™ quad-core processor E3950 (1.6 GHz), the nROK 6221-IP complies with the stringent EN50155 standard in a robust, fanless, and compact mechanism. The nROK 6221-IP provides full communication capability between the train and the computer via the built-in CAN Bus 2.0B interface. The nROK 6221-IP features rich WLAN and WWAN wireless connectivity. With dual SIM card support per modem, the nROK 6221-IP allows up to six SIM cards to be redundant with each other via software for better connection quality. In addition, the six SIM card and three WWAN module architecture can increase bandwidth for faster data transmission speeds. Equipped with smart power management, the nROK 6221-IP can be woken up by ignition, RTC timer or remote SMS message. By incorporating various I/O ports, 3 x mini-PCIe, 2 x M.2 socket expandability, up to two displays via VGA connections, and waterproof IP65 rating, the nROK 6221-IP maintains the flexibility to meet the demand for different rolling stock applications such as infotainment, dispatch system, cellular/wireless network connectivity, and video surveillance. The design of 3 mini-PCIe slots can solve the potential demand from the market as needed.
