^{The VTC 1021 features a next-generation Intel Atom®} x5-E3940 quad-core 1.6GHz processor with powerful graphics and multimedia enhancements   . The VTC 1021 is packaged in a rugged, fanless, 1 DIN compact enclosure for vehicles with limited space to house the computer system. Onboard CAN 2.0B and an optional OBD interface (SAE J1939) for vehicle diagnostics and driver behavior management. An advanced GPS receiver supports GPS/Glonass/QZSS/Galileo/Beidou, and optional predictive computing is also available. The VTC 1021 features WLAN and WWAN wireless data and voice connectivity. The dual SIM external access design allows the user to conveniently access the SIM card.

Dual PoE functions (VTC1021-C2K only) are suitable for most PoE devices, including wireless access points and IP cameras. Additional 12VDC output can be provided for an external display with easy power cable management. The VTC 1021 maintains the flexibility to meet diverse demands for telematics applications such as infotainment, fleet management, dispatch system, and mobile video surveillance.
